GORD ZEGGIL
PresidentGord has been in the building industry for over 20 years. He enjoys living, working and taking advantage of the beautiful area we live in and what it has to offer. Gord and his wife Tammy raised their three children in the area and currently live just north of Creemore. Along with his building expertise, Gord has extensive experience in retail management and customer service. This serves him well in his business philosophy of quality workmanship, outstanding service and a commitment to his team, clients and his community.
TRISTAN ZEGGIL
Site SupervisorTristan has worked on our team for over 15 years. He is an avid sportsman who enjoys hockey, baseball and golfing. Tristan graduated from SCI in Stayner and attended Sir Sanford Fleming in Peterborough. He currently resides in the village of Creemore. We are proud of Tristan's attention to detail, incredible work ethic and his dedication to our family business.
CHAD MODRITS
Site SupervisorChad has worked on our team for over 15 years. He is a dedicated husband, father and employee. Chad lives in Creemore with his wife Seleena and their three children Briar, Brynn, and Reed. Chad is a graduate of SCI and attended Sir Sanford Fleming in Peterborough. In his spare time Chad enjoys baseball, golf and broomball. He excels at finishing projects in a timely manner with quality workmanship.
TANNER ZEGGIL
CarpenterTanner is a graduate of SCI where he excelled in the woodworking program. He attended college in the US on a baseball scholarship. After completing two years, he decided to come home and join our team in the custom home building business. Tanner continues to enjoy baseball and golfing. His strong work ethic and dedication is a welcome addition to our team.
DANNY ANDREWS
Site SupervisorDanny has been working with us for over 10 years. He is a graduate of GHSS and Georgian College in Owen Sound. Danny enjoys hockey and boating in his spare time.
CHAD MALONE
CarpenterChad is a native of Creemore and a graduate of SCI also excelling in the woodworking program. He started as a coop student for two years and was offered a full time position upon completion. Chad is a young hardworking man, with great work ethic and commitment to our team. He enjoys fishing and working on his truck in his spare time.
KLAYTON WESTON
Drafting & Design ServicesKlayton has been working in the building industry for 10 years. He graduated from SCI in Stayner and attended Algonquin College in Ottawa.
CAROL PILKEY
Office ManagerCarol is our company Office Manager and has worked with us for over 10 years. Carol lives in Stayner with her husband Steve. Carol has extensive experience in bookkeeping and keeps us all in check.
Marie Leroux
Land Use PlannerMarie Joins us after 35 years as a planner with Clearview Township. She looks after all our permit processing and land use planning municipally and provincially. In her spare time Marie enjoys baseball and camping, she is a lifelong resident of the area.
ADAM VERSTEGAN
Cabinetry and Millwork ServicesAdam has been in the cabinetry and millwork business for over 10 years. Adam resides in Creemore with his wife and two children. He provides all cabinet making and millwork services for Mountain Ridge Custom Homes Inc.
